Greenville South Carolina, - Alpha Phi Alpha Greenville Foundation and Furman University have released their annual Events for January & February 2014 celebrating Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s Legacy in the Greevnille Area. Furman University and Alpha Phi Alpha have collaborated our MLK Events for Greenville and the Upstate for the last six years, and the Alpha Greenville Foundation is very proud to partner with Furman University this truly community effort.
Sponsorship opportunities are available until December 30, 2013. You can download our 2014 MLK Sponsorship packet which include Ad Pricing and Sponsorship packages. All proceeds from the Scholarship Gala support the Luke H. Chatman Scholarship for Local high Students and the other Foundation efforts geared the youth in the Upstate.
AGF's sponsored events are the MLK Scholarship Gala on January 5th, MLK Youth Program & Rudolph Gordon College Fair on February 1st, and Joseph Vaughn Oratorical Contest Oratorical Competition on February 15th. Please support us as we honor Dr. King's Legacy and recognize our local leaders and students.
