AGF names 2021 Luke H. Chatman Scholarship Winner

Greenville, South Carolina - Alpha Phi Alpha Greenville Foundation (AGF) is proud to name Channin Anias Griffith as our winner of 2021 Luke H. Chatman Scholarship. Elijah is currently enrolled as a senior at Legacy Charter High School. Our AGF Scholarship committee met in May to make the selection from several outstanding candidate applications. Channin will receive $750.00 per year for four years for attending a college of his choice by Spring 2022.

"We are proud to support all of our students with their college careers" said Jimmy Durante, Scholarship Chair and AGF Treasurer. "[Channin] plans to attend Morehouse College". AGF currently supports four students attending college at the North Carolina A& T University, University of South Carolina and Mercer University. To date, the foundation has provided more than 30 students with over $85,000 in scholarship funding.
